Beginning with inflating the balloons, use a hand pump or an electric pump, you’ll need to make sure the balloons are no bigger than 4 to 6 inches in diameter. You don’t want them to be full size as that’ll make attaching them together harder, and your guests will not be able to see each other comfortably over the runner. Once you’ve inflated a few balloons, take two and tie them together.

For the next step, take two sets of the tied balloons and cross them over each other, securing with a balloon tie ribbon.

To create the runner, take a section of corner bead. You may want to cut it down to the size but you can find metal corner bead sections at your local hardware store in the construction or drywall section. Once you have it cut lengthwise to fit your table, start to add the balloon sets and once again, securing with the balloon ribbon.

Add some tropical leaves that you can cut from craft paper on a Circuit following this template. In addition to the paper leaves, add a mix of blush or cream peony small paper flowers for a gorgeous floral look. Voila, you are done and ready to celebrate!
