Eligibility: The Balsa Circle Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States and the District of Columbia, and eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Upon submitting your photo, you will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. By entering , you signify and agree that your Entry and any other media submitted may be posted on Sponsor's website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the Giveaway. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible/garbled, inaccessible or misdirected entries. Sponsor is also not responsible for technological, network or other malfunction, including the receipt of entries/product reviews/photos or video or the web site itself or (b) any mechanical, programming, typographical, printing or other error of any kind affecting the Giveaway entry. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entry will also be deemed void and will be disqualified if photo or video (if applicable) is found by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be inappropriate. Any Entries that are not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway will be void. Selection of Winners: Following the conclusion of each Entry Period, the Sponsor will select a potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Within twenty-four (24) hours after each potential winner has been selected, the potential winner will be notified by email or via direct messages. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 am PST on October 22, 2020 (“Giveaway Entry Period”) and ends November 10, 2020, or when determined by Balsa Circle.

Prize: The winner of each Giveaway will receive a $100 Balsa Circle gift card, which can be redeemed online. Terms and conditions apply. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household throughout the entire Giveaway Period. Only the stated prize will be awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted.
